Washington laws are F***ed

Well i hate washington laws. I have to server 1000 community service hours or 2 month in jail.

Why this all happend about 3 weeks ago i was at the mall with my fiance and best freiend and his girl firend. well These two guys though it would be funny to grab my girls ass and his girls tits and it started a fight i broke a guys jaw and he broke an nose and since that happend were looking at lease 2 months jail or 1000 community service hours. Even a mall cop seen what happend and is going to court to say it was self defence. and they sexual assaulted our gfs but idk whats ganna happend. I just think its messed up now ima get a record and server jail and crap cause guys like to be pervs and thought they could get away with it

SAKI! I FEEEL your pain man same happened to me a couple of years back, except it wasn't in a public place =/ so I didn't get in trouble for that.
When are you supposed to appear in court?

this Thursday. my lawyer i hired is going to bring it to a trail. He has the video of the fight and is ganna play it in court even have te two kids sexual harrashing

The only problem I see is that the fight must have been instigated (for a good reason) by you and your friend. It really depends on who laid the first punch, or really who assaulted who first, regardless of the sexual harassment happening. Believe me, I fully stand by you for knocking the fuck out of the dudes but in a situation like that, especially if there is high security presence, it's best to immediately call the police and report it. I do hope you get off and those dirtbags get what they deserve in prison.

Good luck with the hearing though man, court is never a fun place to be, especially if your freedom is on the line.

That is exactly my point. You started the fight, regardless of if it was warranted by his actions to your fiance, therefore you will get charged for assault. I realize I may sound rash here, but the fact is he did nothing to you. He sexually assaulted your fiance, so legally you had absolutely no right to beat his ass. You said in your first post this was "self-defense", he grabbed your fiances ass then you whooped the shit out of him, throwing ten-plus punches. I hardly see your defense man, and really doubt the "self-defense" card that will fly in your situation.

Don't get my wrong, I fully support your actions, though you just can't do that anymore without reaping some serious consequences. And hopefully the guy wont sue the fuck out of you for all the medical bills he's going to have (knock on wood). I'm no law student, but I know the laws pretty well and I bet a pretty penny the charges you're facing wont get dropped.

Mittens makes a good point but isn't it up the judge to decide that? I mean even though laws are broken there has been some cases where the judge looks the other way. I had a friend that went through some legal issues and the judge ended up taking him off the hook.

lol went to court yesterday and everything wa dropped. The judge seen the video and everything and since the guy pushed me first and i started to hit im i guess he concidered that self defence on my part. I have to go in on thuesday and take a drug test and if they cant find anything in my system i dont have to server jail time. "thank god ive never done drugs" but the two guys that started it got 6 months in county. I might have to take angry manament. cause the judge though since i hit him about 10 times i have to much rage

Congrats on your freedom...makes perfect sense if they pushed you first. I do lawyer grunt work every day and sometimes the whole legal system can be a pain in the ass. The last line about anger management was funny as hell!

lol the best part about this was i asked the judge how he though I had anger managment problems he siad "looks like you hit him between 8-13 times, and said if i seen about 6-10 i wouldnt say you had problems". My laywer was laughing when he siad this. I beleive i got a way big time and got a nice judge
